WORKFORCE CENTRAL FLORIDA UNIVERSITY, a service from WORKFORCE CENTRAL FLORIDA (WCF), will host a seminar titled, Affirmative Action and the New OFCCP, What to Expect from the OFCCP under the Obama Administration.

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), the regulatory arm of the United States Department of Labor that monitors affirmative action compliance, is getting stronger.  With a larger budget, more staff and renewed focus, it is readying to make an unprecedented push in compliance “with teeth.”  Come and learn about the new direction of the OFCCP, what has changed and what it means to you:
