THE DIAGNOSTIC PHASE
At the first visit, hi-resolution photos, digital x-rays, a 3D CAT scan and a thorough clinical evaluation will take place followed by expert explanation of your case diagnosis and treatment options.  During this visit, impressions are taken (to make the replacement teeth), and a clear financial overview will be presented.


THE SURGICAL PHASE
For most cases, this phase involves the extractions, bone graft (if necessary), surgical placement of the 4 implants and the immediate load of the replacement teeth in ONE visit. Patients typically resume a full schedule of activities within 24 to 72 hours. Follow-up visits are 1, 4 and 12 weeks after surgery.


THE RESTORATIVE PHASE

COST FOR THE ALL ON FOUR DENTAL IMPLANT PROCEDURE
$18,000 TO $26,500ea arch (upper and / or lower) is the general price to complete the entire procedure. Keep in mind that this is not the only treatment for full arch reconstructions. Implant supported solutions for full arch restorations vary from “single-unit” implants and crowns for each tooth space, to “all-on” porcelain bridges that are permanently fixed and secured by 2 or more implants.  Replacing an arch with "single-unit" implants and crowns for each tooth space varies in cost from $33,000 to $44,000 per arch.  The "all-on" bridge options cost $18,000 to $26,000 per arch.
