Consumers often find themselves in a position where car buying is daunting and intimidating. “They may owe too much for their trade or their credit may be challenged,” “Consumers are smarter than ever,” said Jill Merriam, CEO of Key Hyundai of Manchester and Milford. “They do their homework and know what they want, and what they don’t, before they ever walk into my showroom. It’s our responsibility to provide valuable information in-person and on-line, where consumers most often conduct research prior to purchasing a car.” Education – and respect – key for car buying Launching Key Hyundai into the social media limelight is fueled by Merriam’s desire to provide as much information – and respect – as possible to the consumer. “Education and respect is key to getting people the information they need to purchase a car.
