By: Terry Wilcox, Theory of Human Excellence If you are a consultant who implements change, have acted as a project manager of an improvement project, or been a member of a team whose goals were to introduce new or better procedures then I would like to hear from you regards your experience. Could I please ask you take a very quick survey on the change management process, which will hopefully reveal some very interesting facts that I will share with all who respond. The survey is extremely short (truly) and should take less than two minutes. It is ten predominately multi-choice questions regarding the management or control of the project. Any individual involved with implementing change via a team approach, not just the change or project manager can complete the survey. In fact, having users or other team members answer the survey rather than the lead individual would help ensure a true reflection of change projects is revealed.
