Feb. 24, 2011 - PRLog -- The DIRECTUS Prodigy One kit is a factory replacement, total navigation system that allows for customers that purchased a SCION Alpine Touch Screen Integration Kit allows for users with an OEM SCION Alpine Nav ready system in their current vehicles the ability to add navigation and more without replacing the factory radio. With the Prodigy One system as the base platform, SCION owners can easily upgrade their current radio and add on many of the Directus plugin features as well. The intuitive touch-screen offers easy-to-see graphics that let you touch your way easily through various menus and options. You can utilize the built in media player on the display screen up front while you’re parked, or connect a back seat monitor so your passengers can enjoy entertainment media while you’re driving. The Prodigy One also has many expandable options including a back-up camera, so now you not only can customize your car but your radio as well.

SCION dealers that ordered the Alpine Nav ready system without navigation, the ability to add navigation at their dealership or at a DIRECTUS authorized installation sites. The dynamic kit utilizes the latest in DIRECTUS technology, with the Prodigy One system integrated into the vehicle and displayed on the installed Alpine screen with the latest DirectusNav software powered by NAVTEQ.
