March 9, 2011 - PRLog -- DENVER – The Legal Service Providers Association, the only organization dedicated to the growth and promotion of service providers in the legal industry, today announced that it will hold its first training sessions in late March. The series of training sessions will focus on how to sell eDiscovery solutions. The in-depth training courses will prepare students to understand their clients’ pain points and consult on eDiscovery technology and the solutions available.

LSPA members can use their member credits for these courses as well as receive special discounts on course prices. Each dollar spent towards LSPA member dues can be applied as a dollar credit towards the training courses.

The two online courses include:

Training Session Number 1: Electronic Discovery from a Legal Buyer’s Perspective
Begins:  March 28, 2011

This course has been specifically designed for sales and marketing professionals who are selling electronic discovery services to law firms or corporate legal departments. This course will use the EDRM model to dig deeper into the unique buying perspective, hot buttons, and motivators your clients have throughout each phase of the discovery process. To understand this perspective, you will learn about the judicial requirements of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and recent case law that impacts your buyer's decision making. To complete this course, students will invest approximately 15-20 hours of time, divided between online lectures, self-paced learning modules, and testing for comprehension.
Cost: $450 for LSPA members, $595 for non-members
