March 16, 2011 - PRLog -- Premier Spirits, LLC, the supplier and importer of Soul Brazilian Premium Cachaca has reached a distribution agreement for the New York market.  A distribution agreement has been finalized between Premier Spirits, LLC and Genesis Beverage Brands (a division of MHW, LTDA).  The official launch is scheduled for April 1st, 2011 with pre-sales commencing as early as next week.  

Premier Spirits, LLC launched Soul Brazilian Premium Cachaca just 6 months ago in the United States and is currently available in Rhode Island.  After having some great success in the Rhode Island market, the company believes it is time to continue the growth of the company.  Premier Spirits, LLC has chosen New York as the second market to enter into because of the population demographics and its geographic location in comparison to Rhode Island.  

The agreement will allow Premier Spirits, LLC to tap into a market that has a population of just under twenty million residents.  In addition, Genesis Beverage Brands will be the exclusive distributor of Soul Cachaca in the New York market.  

The premium quality of Soul Cachaça is derived from the fact that Soul uses only the finest of ingredients in the making of Cachaca.
