RockTape and Garmin-Cervélo Team Up for 2011

March 17, 2011 - PRLog -- RockTape today announced a strategic supply agreement with Slipstream Sports and the 2011 Garmin-Cervélo ProfessionalCycling Team to develop and supply custom designed Rocktape in the team’s trademark argyle pattern. The partnership will make Rocktape the Official Kinesiology Tape Supplier of 2011 Team Garmin-Cervélo.

Designed using RockTape’s exclusive Active Recovery (AR) technology, Rocktape provides immediate relief to sore muscles, decreases recovery times and helps treat and prevent sports injuries. Additionally, Rock Sauce, the
company’s new USADA/WADA compliant topical pain reliever will also be utilized by the team and its staff members.

The Team will also utilize RockTape’s PowerTaping method to increase athletic performance by reinforcing proper form through proprioceptive feedback, which has been an area of collaboration between Dr. Kevin Riecklin, team chiropractor for Garmin- Cervélo and Dr. Steve Capobianco, VP of Medical Operations for Rocktape.
