We're living in a web world where in order to be visible and seen as relevant, SEO standards require: Content, linking, page titles and URL's.

Google will continue to push the idea that content is king, I will not argue that for a second ... because well, Google is king.  My question to you is - If content is king, then what is rich relevant content and where does that fit in?

In the book "What Would Google Do", it states that about 15% of customers will interact with the business 0wners website.  So how do we reach the other 85%?  For that you must go to where the customers are; the distributive web!

Giving Consumers what they want

It is a common fact that Google's primary goal in life is to give the user what they're looking for without the user repeatedly having to research.  If auction sites such as Kijiji and AutoTrader are requiring more information from the seller than generic "I want my place in the auction world" websites - then clearly Google will reward those websites that are giving consumers more information with a higher page ranking. The consumer is looking for quality and the most informative content when making a purchasing decision.

So what determines relevant Online Content? Content that: Connects and holds viewer attention, establishes credibility and creates trust. It is these things that differentiates you from your online competitors …

This is what entices customers to contact, collaborate, negotiate and TRANSACT online with your dealership.
