Melindesign, LLC moves into new spacious studio in Somers, NY.

March 31, 2011 - PRLog -- Melindesign has moved into a new larger space in the town center of Somers, NY, just north of New York City in the rolling countryside of Westchester county. The studio officially opened March 2011.

"This is very exciting and it's really going to give us the ability to spread out," said Melinda O'Keefe, CEO of Melindesign. "The space is much more accommodating to our burgeoning business, and boasts separate spaces for jewelry assembly, design layouts, and shipping, and provides for additional capacity as needed."

Melindesign started as a "kitchen table" based business and in the past two years has expanded well beyond the breakfast nook. "We completed an order that consisted of 12,000 pieces in that kitchen and it's a pleasure to have a fully operational facility right in my town, 5 minutes down the road." said Ms. O'Keefe. "We have very large orders coming in and it is wonderful to be able to work in a bright, airy studio!"
