The user needs to know the data found in the mechanical portion of a part data sheet. This application, whether for the EZReball™ solder reballing preforms or for StencilQuik™, a stay in place BGA rework stencil, spits out a part number and price making ordering simpler and faster. The StencilQuik™ product is a patent pending method for simplifying the placement of a BGA or CSP. It can be made in to any pattern simplifying the placement of BGAs for prototyping/rework and repairing mask damage underneath BGAs. These custom rework stencils are available in 4 and 8 mil thicknesses. They are packaged in packages of (10) pieces. The maximum size is approximately 100 x 100mm (4 x 4”). GERBER files, part data sheets or CAD files can be used as the basis for stencil creation.  The minimum aperture size is 2 mils (.05mm). The minimum pitch is 0.5mm or 20 mils. Shipping is in a few days with expedites available.

The EZReball™ reballing preform is a patent pending method for reballing BGAs. It allows users to change the alloy of existing BGAs quickly and easily. These preforms are available in a variety of alloys including Sn63, SAC305/405 and high temperature 10/90 alloys. They are packaged in packages of (15) pieces. The maximum size is approximately 100 x 100mm (4 x 4”). Part  data sheets can be used as the basis for preform creation.  The minimum pitch is 0.35mm with balls down to 0.20mm diameter.  Similarly,  Shipping is in a few days with expedites available.
