By: Callaway Gardens Don't miss this amazing display of color that happens only a few weeks each year. The Overlook Azalea Garden is expected to be at peak bloom this weekend and into next week! The Callaway Brothers Azalea Bowl is quickly progressing toward its peak. In addition, native azaleas, dogwoods, silverbells, sweetshrub, red buckeye, early spring wildflowers and more are in bloom as well. When: Now, and will continue through April. Where: Callaway Gardens, Pine Mountain, Georgia Details: Celebrate Spring! is now through April 29, 2011. Special event admission is $25 per adult; $12.50 per child age six to 12; children five and under are admitted for free. Callaway Gardens Annual Passholders are admitted for free. Military (active and retired with valid ID) are admitted for half-price during Celebrate Spring! The Gardens are open daily 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Overnight packages are available.
