Kate’s Real Food Signs Tammy Donahugh As Ambassador

April 5, 2011 - PRLog -- Kate’s Real Food is proud to announce they have signed Tammy Donahugh to become part of the Kate’s Real Food Ambassador Team, spreading the love world wide for tasty energy snacks with whole organic ingredients.

Donahugh is an established bike enthusiast whose expertise in dirt jumps, downhill, skate park, and freeride style terrain lends itself perfectly to the Kate’s bars lifestyle and their target consumer.   As a Trail Specialist for the International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA), IMIC coach, and as a bike rat from Santa Cruz, CA, Donahugh knows what it takes to perform at the top levels and how to instill the love of bike riding in others.

As a Kate’s Ambassador, Donahugh will continue to spend much of her year traveling to events across the USA, inspiring and encouraging other riders, in particular young women, to push their own limits on the bike.

“Tammy is a certified mountain bike badass.  We’ve seen it for ourselves,” said Kate Schade, Founder and Mix Master at Kate’s Real Food. “We were blown away by her skills and confidence, but what impressed us the most was her desire to share her love for the bike and get other people, particularly women and girls, as excited about the sport as she is.”
