LDFA Getting An Influx of Business Proposals

April 11, 2011 - PRLog -- Over the past year the LDFA of Huron Township has been actively promoting its plentiful business opportunities to try to attract well matched corporations and entrepreneurs to the Southeastern Michigan Township. It seems through their digital presence and active marketing campaign along with the aid of its proactive volunteer commission, they are seeing some serious proposals for all of their cooperative efforts.

Recently a German based company addressed the group with a proposed operation to bring 6-8 highly skilled employees and 16,000 to 20,000 feet of facility requirements to build highly intuitive machines which manufacture recycled products for brick along with machine that builds forging material for precise machines use. Another firm approached the group with an environmentally friendly energy manufacturing proposition. Both groups will rely on the Local Development Finance Authority to help with road infrastructure for heavy truck usage upgrades sewer and water facilities.

“It is our hope that we can come to an agreement with these companies and other like organizations that are a great fit for our community.” Said Mr. R.P. Lilly, LDFA Chairman. “Huron Township is a quiet country like setting and our LDFA properties are nestled right next to the expressway, railway and airport. We’re close enough to the Metro area but far enough away for business to enjoy a hometown atmosphere. Environmentally friendly business is welcomed here.”
