Spencer's more than 25 years experience in the industry includes working at ADP Dealer Services where he acquired a "street-level" competitive sales instinct and then went to Xerox to lead the transition of a sales force from analog to digital products. As an Area Director in NYC, he developed a new team in the Channels Group and drove the highest growth in the country. Additionally, he was recruited into Xerox Global Services where he ran the Business Partnership Program operations—driving record growth and revenue for Document Solutions sales.

Since joining the Morisey-Dart Group in September 2010, his industry knowledge and business networking skills have helped him excel in both the Document Management Solutions and Managed Print Services areas.
