Spring Spinach Saute: Shared by Beth Childers from Urbana, Ohio
1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T. olive oil
1 bunch spinach leaves
1/2 c. feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 c. slivered almonds
Sauté garlic in olive oil until golden; add spinach leaves, stirring until crisp-tender. Add feta cheese and almonds; heat through. Serves 4.
