Bartizan Names Michael O’Sullivan as Manager, Event Registration Services

April 18, 2011 - PRLog -- YONKERS, New York — April 18, 2011— Registration and lead retrieval provider Bartizan today announced that Michael O’Sullivan has been named Manager of Registration Services. O’Sullivan will manage Bartizan’s registration process for all conferences and tradeshows. His work will focus on registration and hotel block management, event marketing, industry leading lead retrieval services, interactive on-site kiosks, on-site registration processing, event support and management assistance.

O’Sullivan brings more than twenty five years of operations, sales and marketing experience to Bartizan.

Combined with his extensive convention and trade show registration industry experience and operations knowledge, O’Sullivan is familiar with the issues event organizers face at all stages of the conference registration process.

He began his event services career at QMS, Inc., a registration company in Atlanta, Ga. There, he worked for seven years on a host of sales and marketing initiatives, including developing and maintaining relationships with customers and prospects. Most recently, he has worked at onPeak (formerly Ambassadors), an end-to-end, customized event housing and travel solutions provider. As onPeak’s Director of Registration Services, he developed and supported sales and marketing programs.

Former clients continually praise O’Sullivan. Pirjo Niemi at Earthbound Events stated that “after 32 years in the industry I’ve never worked with someone as good at registration as Michael. He is the ultimate guru when it comes to the registration process.”

O’Sullivan has attended Georgia State University taking general business coursework and did his undergraduate work at Georgia Southern University, where he graduated with a B.A. in Management.
