They are successful and have ambitions for more.  Although there is a need for their software solutions worldwide, they all experience severe difficulties making a break-through outside their home market.

2.   Bridgehead, which is growing the market share to justify a local representation
3.   Scaling, which is striving for market dominance

“The German market is on the top of the list of any software company,” says Carl Graeb, senior partner with TBK Consult in Munich. “We have, over the last 10 years, been helping foreign software companies with market entry into Germany.  It is this knowledge we have now packaged into a toolbox, which is now available to all software companies with international ambitions.”
