Grammy Nominated Nadia Ali, Follows Up With New iiO Album EXIT 110

April 21, 2011 - PRLog -- New York, NY…..The wait for new original music from chart topping pop/dance powerhouse iiO is over. The brand new and highly anticipated studio album, aptly titled "Exit 110", was assembled by DJ/producer/songwriter Markus Moser, and features again, Nadia Ali on vocals.

Nadia Ali is without a doubt the leading female vocalist in house music. The album "Embers" in 2009, and "Queen of Clubs Trilogy" in 2010 proved her as one of the most easily recognized voices in dance music.  Nadia's solo efforts saw her nominated for Best Remixed Recording (Non-Classical) at the 53rd Grammy Awards for her remix of "Fantasy.”

The success of iiO is undeniable. Their massive hits have inspired dozens of smash remix singles by DJ/producers such as Armin Van Buuren, Paul Van Dyk, Starkillers and many, many more.  This together with an ongoing momentum of steady airplay and demand for an incredible 10 years, it was clear that comeback was in order; and finally that time has come: enter "Exit 110".

Heavily influenced by 80's synthesizer hardware, nostalgic new-romanticism elements appear musically and melodically across the album, in which the sounds themselves steer the direction of the songs.

Following countless critical accolades and career-defining moments, "Exit 110" is a continuation of the revered album "Poetica", featuring hits such as "It'll Be Like", "Meant To Be", "Holiday", and "Fiend".  “Poetica” was a huge success when released – many were platinum and other awarded singles that sold over a million copies.

About releasing the first tracks on April 19, Made Records Executive states “We had some thoughts about releasing another iiO album with Nadia after her departure, but the demand for it was so overwhelming that we decided to finish what was already recorded. It will probably be our last one together ever, but it is an amazing one! Although Nadia Ali has embarked on a solo career this album is as much hers as it is ours.”
