Follow on Google News | Better Business concludes “Orange” Performance Appraisal Training ProgramBetter Business has successfully completed a performance appraisal training program that was especially designed for all managers at the Jordanian Telecommunication Company, “Orange”.
By: TactiX Strategic Consulting Orange Jordan entrusted Better Business with the training of its managers on the latest appraisal methods at the aim of implementing the modern management tools in its business practices. Orange initiative complements many other training programs and initiatives, performed by the company internally and externally, covering all its employees and ensures company keenness to improve its employees management and professional readiness. The Performance Management program has been considered one of the success tools in managerial responsibility and effectiveness. Better Business has customized the training to be in line with the company’s overall vision and philosophy. Starting with developing the managers’ skills, which was a session called ”The Manager as a Coach” followed by a session that aimed at helping the managers in detecting and avoiding problematic appraisals as well as understanding and practicing the four golden rules to successful appraisals. Part of the training was developing the feedback concept in the managers’ mindset, which was achieved by explaining the fundamental guidelines of giving performance feedback. The training was concluded with a real-case performance appraisal feedback; and the number of the attendees was 300 managers.
