U.S. Made Gumlast™ L8015 O-rings extend PM cycle for PEP Iridia

April 26, 2011 - PRLog -- Emeryville, California (April 25, 2011) – NuGeneration Technologies (NuGenTec) announced today that its Gumlast™ L8015 O-ring kit has been successfully qualified in PEP Iridia plasma ash tool. A major 200mm US foundry has successfully extended the PM cycle with Gumlast L8015 O-ring kit. Gumlast is 100% perfluoroelastomer made in the U.S.A.  Utilizing proprietary pseudo-living polymerization, multiple grades have been formulated to optimize the performance of the O-rings, seals and custom shapes in many different applications.  Gumlast™ L8015 perfluoroelastomer is manufactured in state of the art highly modernized & ISO certified production lines with very high line yield.  Adding further value, the company’s Gumlast™ L8015 FFKM parts are priced at or near 50% of most other FFKMs in the market today.
