Rotary Club of Fort Myers Sponsors Rotary Cup Benefit Golf Tournament June 18, 2011

April 28, 2011 - PRLog -- The Rotary Club of Fort Myers will hold its inaugural Rotary Cup Golf Tournament on June 18, 2011 at Shell Point Golf Club, 17401 On Par Blvd., Fort Myers, FL 33908. Proceeds from the event will benefit Quality of Life Center in Fort Myers and the Club’s local Trust Fund that supports many charitable causes throughout the year.

Event sign-in starts at 7:00 a.m., followed by a 7:30 a.m. breakfast and 8:30 a.m. shotgun start. Topping off the event will be a New Orleans Creole style luncheon and awards ceremony at 1:00 p.m. John Kimbell, Financial Advisor at Alliance Financial Group, has been named as Chairperson of the event. The event sponsor is Siggs Air Conditioning, Inc. This new event has garnered tremendous support. A few corporate underwriting opportunities with appropriate recognition and hold sponsorships are still available from $250 to $1,500.

Priority registration before May 20, 2011 also includes a complimentary practice round (see website for complete details). Registration is $100 per player and includes greens fees, cart, range balls, breakfast, lunch, drinks, door prize tickets, gift bag and entry into skill contests for the longest drive, closest to the pin and hole-in-one.
