Needham, MA Single-family Home Prices Rise, Sales Fall March 2011

June 14, 2011 - PRLog -- The median price of single-family homes in Needham, Massachusetts increased as sales decreased in March 2011, according to data analyzed by Buyers Brokers Only LLC, an exclusive buyer agent real estate firm.

The data were compiled using MLS Property Information Network, Inc, a local multiple listing service.

The median price of single-family homes increased 1.8 percent in March 2011 compared to the previous year, a difference of $10,750.  Single-family home sales in Needham, MA dropped 13.6 percent, with three less sales in March of 2011.

Condominium sales in Needham, MA also dropped in March, falling by one sale compared to March 2010. The median price of condos increased $178,000 in March 2011, although there was only one sale.

There were no multi-family home sold in Needham, MA during March 2011, down from one sale in the previous March.
