Still, many people are nervous about preparing the documents and have questions about what has to be included. These can include the who, what, when, where and why of care from the moment you begin to need a little help at home to the date of your final life celebration. The evening will feature Annette Prince, LCSW, JD, Director of Palliative Care at OU Medical Center. Mrs. Prince will discuss the ins and outs of advance directives and associated documents. Staff from Senior Resources and Benefits, LLC will be on hand helping prepare those documents at no charge during the evening’s programs. Representatives from Encompass Home Health, Crossroads Hospice and Buchanan Funeral Service will also be available with information about how to plan for those services.  Door prizes and refreshments will be available during the evening.
