Fairfield Gourmet Foods Announces the Acquisition of Annie's Euro American Bakery

May 10, 2011 - PRLog -- “Fairfield Gourmet Foods”, parent company of “David's Cookies” www.davidscookies.com, is pleased to announce the acquisition of “Annie’s Euro American Bakery”, a producer of upscale individual and sliced cakes and pies in Longwood, Florida.  

Annie’s Euro American Bakery operates a 12,000 sq ft bakery in Florida but plans an expansion to an adjacent building in the near future. This expansion will accelerate the sales growth of these unique products beyond their legendary recognition in Southern Florida to a national level. This new facility will also provide customers with first class national distribution and fulfillment.

David’s Cookies & Annie’s Euro American Bakery have always been committed to offering their customers innovative and spectacular tasting desserts made from the finest ingredients. This commitment continues to be the cornerstone of the corporation going forward.

The addition of Annie's products to David's current lines will position Fairfield Gourmet Foods as a one stop shopping experience for bakery, pastry and dessert items in the foodservice, in-store bakery and specialty foods market segments.
