Kinesis Survey Technologies Expands London Office, Launches a European Customer Support Department

May 11, 2011 - PRLog -- AUSTIN, TX (May 11, 2011) - Kinesis Survey Technologies LLC (Kinesis), the industry leader for future-proof market research software solutions, today announced the expansion of its London office to include customer and technical support functions for all Kinesis clients based in Europe.

Kinesis opened the London office in January to serve market research firms and enterprise businesses located throughout the European region. The office’s new customer support department will provide technical and sales support for the extensive Kinesis software suite, as well as offer survey programming and hosting services.

“Kinesis is expanding its European presence very rapidly, and this success necessitated that localized customer support services be available to our clients,” said Tariq Mirza, Kinesis Managing Director, Europe.  “The new customer support department offers a knowledgeable and dedicated staff that is fluent in multiple languages.”

The London-based customer support department will be led by Paolo Marini. Prior to joining Kinesis, Marini worked for companies including IBM Lotus and Cognos where he served in various software development, support and sales roles. He holds a post-graduate degree in Information Technology from the University of Liverpool, U.K.

Kinesis clients located in other regions will continue to be supported from its U.S. headquarters office in Austin, Texas.
