Del Realty’s Ruth Ann Fisher receives Crescendo’s FIVE STAR residential real estate agent award

May 11, 2011 - PRLog -- Crescendo Business Services LLC. recently awarded Ruth Ann Fisher, the broker for Del Realty at the Hotel del Coronado, with its FIVE STAR Award in residential real estate. In an effort to assist consumers in choosing a professional to work with, the Minneapolis-based company only presents the award to six percent of all licensed agents within San Diego County. The award is based upon other consumer reviews which indicate exceptional overall satisfaction.

Crescendo acts as independent third party when asking consumers to evaluate their experience with various professionals. Agents are given a score based upon nine different attributes:

•   Integrity
•   Negotiation
•   Marketing the home
•   Market knowledge
•   Closing preparation
•   Overall satisfaction

Once all the attributes are incorporated, the agents receive a score with the list of the top six percent being forwarded to a panel of real estate industry experts for review. The panel indicates which agents on the list they believe are undeserving of the award as well as agents who didn’t make the list who should be considered.
