With an accomplished background as a veterinary technician in New Jersey and Colorado, Ms. Donnarumma brings firsthand experience in the veterinary industry to her new position as Claims Manager. Since joining Petplan, Ms. Donnarumma has served as a Licensed Claims Adjuster working in the service department to assist policyholders with claims inquires and to answer pet health related questions. She is responsible for implementing an innovative process to streamline claims fulfillment that has helped Petplan become an industry leader in the timely processing of customer claims.

Even as a child, Ms. Donnarumma had an incredible passion for pets and their well-being, which lead her to obtain an Applied Science Degree in Veterinary Technology.  Graduating from the Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology, Ms. Donnarumma immediately entered the veterinary field and it was during her time working at an animal hospital – and later at the Colorado Humane Society – that she began to understand the importance of pet insurance in helping pet parents provide the best possible care to their beloved animals.
