May 18, 2011 - PRLog -- LAS VEGAS, May 18, 2011 – The Outlook Foundation, a non-profit organization created to refurbish and repurpose computers, providing them to under resourced children as well as U.S. military personnel, made the KSNV-TV local news broadcasts on Thursday, May 12, and MSNBC posted the story on its website the same day.

Entitled “Las Vegas foundation pairs underprivileged kids with computers,” the broadcast features John Iasiuolo presenting a computer to 11-year-old Giovanni Velazquez, a student at Bailey Middle School. He also presented a computer to Ron Gibson, the school liaison officer for Nellis and Creech Air Force Bases, for the child of an airman who was recently deployed. Iasiuolo is the Outlook Foundation president and host of Internet talk show, the Computer Outlook Talk Show.

“The story has run three times here locally, and the response has been phenomenal. My phone hasn’t stopped ringing, and my email box is filling up fast with offers of donations,” Iasiuolo said. “People want to donate all kinds of computers – desktops, laptops, netbooks – to help these children and families. Since the story was picked up by MSNBC, I’ve been getting offers by phone and email from around the country, and I am so pleased.”
