Haverhill, MA Home Prices, Sales Down April 2011

June 14, 2011 - PRLog -- The median price and sales of homes in Haverhill, Massachusetts decreased in April 2011, according to data analyzed by Buyers Brokers Only LLC, an exclusive buyer agent real estate firm.

The data were compiled using MLS Property Information Network, Inc, a local multiple listing service.

The median price of single-family homes fell 4.9 percent in April 2011 compared to the previous year, a difference of $12,750.  Single-family home sales in Haverhill, MA fell 27.9 percent in April 2011, a difference of seven sales compared to April 2010.

In April 2011the median price of condominiums dropped 52.5 percent, or $88,400 compared to April 2010.  Condo sales fell 45.8 percent in April 2011, a difference of 11 sales.  

The median price of multi-family homes fell 1.6 percent in April 2011 compared to the previous year, a difference of $2,500.  Sales of multi-family homes fell 72.7 percent in April 2011, a difference of eight sales compared to April 2010.
