Milton, MA Single-Family Home Prices, Sales Down April 2011

June 14, 2011 - PRLog -- The median price and sales of single-family homes in Milton, Massachusetts decreased in April 2011, according to data analyzed by Buyers Brokers Only LLC, an exclusive buyer agent real estate firm.

The data were compiled using MLS Property Information Network, Inc, a local multiple listing service.

The median price of single-family homes fell 11.5 percent in April 2011 compared to the previous year, a difference of $55,500.  Single-family home sales in Milton, MA fell 38.9 percent in April 2011, a difference of seven sales compared to April 2010.

Multi-family homes prices dropped 6 percent in April 2011 compared to the previous year, a difference of $23,000.  Sales of multi-family homes increased 50 percent in April 2011, although, a difference of only one sale compared to April 2010.
