Franklin, MA Single-family Home Prices Rise, Sales Fall April 2011

June 15, 2011 - PRLog -- The median price of single-family homes in Franklin, Massachusetts increased as sales decreased in April 2011, according to data analyzed by Buyers Brokers Only LLC, an exclusive buyer agent real estate firm.

The data were compiled using MLS Property Information Network, Inc, a local multiple listing service.

The median price of single-family homes increased 13.5 percent in April 2011 compared to the previous year, a difference of $52,500.  Single-family home sales in Franklin, MA dropped 41.4 percent, with 12 less sales in April of 2011.

Condominium sales in Franklin, MA remained flat in April, with seven sales in April 2010 and April 2011. The median price of condos decreased 6.7 percent, or $14,000, in April 2011 compared to the previous April,

There were no multi-family home sold in Franklin, MA during April 2011, down from one sale in the previous April.
