Be warned though, if you think that it is going to be yet another diet plan which is being advertised by a celebrity who has just lost 30 pounds in the space of a month, you are going to be disappointed because this is something that is completely different.

'The Problem Solving Program' by James Watson looks at losing weight from a completely different angle but it just has to be said that after just reading the first few pages, it makes more sense than any other diet program that you will ever see.

The way James describes it is as follows, many people will put on weight because they are under stress. To relieve themselves of the stress that they are feeling they eat comfort food. As comfort food usually consists of absolute rubbish they put on weight. As they put on weight they feel even more stress so, yes you guessed it, they eat more comfort food.

According to James, and what he says is backed up by experts from all over the world, this is the number one cause of obesity among people in America and when you also consider that over two thirds of people in this country are over weight, there certainly must be quite a bit of stress about.

The way James tackles this stress is to teach ways in which you can look at the problems that are causing the stress and then look at them for what they are and basically stop being stressed about them.

That is all well and good, you might be saying to yourself, everyone thinks that their problems are worse than anyone else's but it doesn't really matter what it is, James does a great job of showing you what to do and get rid of that worrying and then eating cycle after a very short period of time.

The program is extremely easy to understand and even easier to follow so if you have tried the more traditional diets in the past, without success, you should give 'The Problem Solving Program' a go, it could very well be just what you are looking for.
