Learn all about the age of change management

The interactive nature of the Showcase gives visitors the opportunity to hear about new customisations and success stories in a peer-to-peer environment

This year learning and development specialists pearcemayfield are inviting delegates to join them at a ‘Birds of a Feather’ session called ‘The Age of Change Management’. They will be hosting five sessions throughout the day, run in a creative workshop style where attendees will be able to listen to and engage in a lively round table discussion.

John Edmonds, Director of Strategy and Marketing at pearcemayfield and one of the round table hosts says: “It will be a great opportunity for people to learn about how to get ready for, plan and execute change in today’s challenging work environment, where as many as 70% of all business change initiatives result at best in not achieving their original goal and at worst, failing completely.
