Tellus Sponsors Girls Youth Softball Team

June 8, 2011 - PRLog -- Summer just can’t get started right without eating a hotdog at a softball game! In an effort to keep the Dixie youth sports thriving, Tellus is pleased to become a sponsor for the Old Hickory Lady Dawgs girls youth softball team.  Sponsorship money helped to pay for the girls’ uniforms and equipment.

The Old Hickory Lady Dawgs are in the 13-15 year old age group with 12 players. This promising group of girls has made it to the All Star tournaments for the third year in a row. They were the state champions for 2010 and will no doubt repeat their success again this season.
