Dawn Arrabito Joins Cushman & Wakefield as Director

June 8, 2011 - PRLog -- EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J.- Dawn Arrabito has joined commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. as a director in the firm’s East Rutherford office. A resident of West Orange, N.J., she is a seasoned real estate brokerage professional with 15 years of industry-related experience.

At Cushman & Wakefield, Arrabito’s focus includes landlord and tenant representation throughout the Northern New Jersey office market. Her deep experience includes portfolio consulting work for Hoffman LaRoche, covering the firm’s occupancy of more than 1 million square feet in Nutley, N.J.; additional top-name clients she has represented in New Jersey include Ingersoll-Rand, Verizon and Royal Bank of Scotland, among others.
