The grand opening took place during the Berkshire International Film Festival, and featured staff cooking and serving foods using their unique Himalayan Salt Plates.

Melissa Kushi, founder and president of Sustainable Sourcing, is proud to have created another avenue to showcase her dedication to bringing consumers ethically sourced, artisan harvested natural products from the world's most remote, pristine lands.
