RE/MAX City Honored as Chicago's Top Multi-Office Company in 2010 by RE/MAX

June 8, 2011 - PRLog -- The executives and agents of RE/MAX City had ample reason to celebrate at the 34th annual RE/MAX Northern Illinois real estate network’s awards program.  RE/MAX City was named the network’s top multi-office company in Chicago, based on transactions completed and total closed sales volume in 2010 at its two offices, which are located at 7020 W. Higgins Ave. and 6900 W. Belmont Ave.  RE/MAX City had earned a similar honor for its 2009 achievements.

The agents of RE/MAX City completed 1,004 transactions with a total sales value of more than $170 million in 2010.  The transaction total represented a 25 percent increase over the prior year’s results.

At the same time, the Higgins Avenue location was honored as the RE/MAX office in Chicago with the highest 2010 closed sales volume.  Sales at that office topped $121 million for the year.  Broker/owners Henry Sakowski and Martin Lata accepted the awards on behalf of RE/MAX City.
