LitWorks Appoints Danielle Marbury National Training and Development Manager

LitWorks is among the industry’s premier providers of formal training courses specifically developed for litigation support professionals. A Certified Litigation Support Professional with more than 15 years’ legal experience, Marbury is now responsible for developing and teaching litigation support best practices to DTI staff, clients, and the legal community at large.

Ms. Marbury most recently worked as both a litigation support trainer and a litigation support coordinator for the New York and West Coast offices of the law firm WilmerHale. She held director and project management positions at litigation support companies, legal assistant and e-discovery roles at the firm Sutherland in Atlanta, and also served as a database administrator for an internationally recognized non-profit think tank. Following her passion to educate paralegals on using technology to streamline and improve their work processes, Ms. Marbury formed a partnership with Emory University’s Paralegal Certificate Program, where she conducted web training and weekend training workshops on e-discovery. She was past chair and training chair of the E-Discovery Paralegals Network, and presenter and educator for The Gate City Bar paralegal section and the Institute for Paralegal Education.
