Teen Humanitarian Aspiring Other Teens To Be Best They Can Be

Michelle, is a community minded young woman, she donates her time in many diverse ways to help her community. Michelle, is an avid advocate for teen abstinence, and is an eager member of S.A.D.D. (STUDENTS AGAINST DISTRUCTIVE DICISIONS).

Michelle, loves children and truly enjoys being a peer tutor for the first grade children at her local grade school. She also helps out in the nursery at her local church. she is a long time member of the Trinity Episcopal Church in Covington Kentucky. Her church's teen club enjoys holding fundraisers to help raise money for pet projects like; buying supplies for crafts for the elderly in nursing homes during their holiday season.

One year they also bought a cow to help supply much-needed milk for children in Nigeria and another year they raised enough money to buy two sheep for nutrition for another foreign country.

Michelle is also a published author who has penned numerous poems in hard copy anthologies.

She has also received many awards for her unique style in writing and high praise the special way (through words) she has to excite and delight and entertain children for hours on end with the many how-to stories (for kids) she has written.

Michelle once received a letter of praise, recognition, and encouragement from President Bill Clinton for a story she had written and sent to him while he was in office. The story was from her Herbie McNutt series of How-to books for children titled, "Herbie McNutt And The Coat Of Many Colors, It was a story about community service jobs. Michelle is a Senior in high school and hopes to pursue a career in the medical field. She loves to sing, dance,write, and act in her school plays, while spreading a positive attitude to her peers where ever she goes.  

The community and the future can only be blessed by coming in contact with this young woman as she continues to empower and touch lives in her community.
