Follow on Google News | ![]() Haverhill, Massachusetts Single-family Median Home Prices, Sales Decline May 2011Haverhill, MA Single-family home prices and sales decreased in May 2011 compared to May 2010, according to data analyzed by Buyers Brokers Only, LLC.

The median price of single-family homes fell 17.3 percent in May 2011 compared to the previous year, a difference of $47,100. Single- In May 2011the median price of condominiums increased 12.2 percent, or $20,750 compared to May 2010. However, condo sales fell 56.5 percent in May 2011, a difference of 13 sales. The median price of multi-family homes dropped 27.5 percent in May 2011 compared to the previous year, a difference of $59,950. Sales of multi-family homes fell 58.3 percent in May 2011, a difference of seven sales compared to May 2010.
