Billerica, MA Home Prices, Sales Down May 2011

Aug. 11, 2011 - PRLog -- The median price and sales of homes in Billerica, Massachusetts decreased in May 2011 compared to the previous year, according to data analyzed by Buyers Brokers Only LLC, an exclusive buyer agent real estate firm.

The data were compiled using MLS Property Information Network, Inc, a local multiple listing service.

The median sale price of single-family homes fell 3.8 percent in May 2011 compared to May 2010, a difference of $12,487.  Single-family home sales in Billerica, MA dropped 8.3 percent in May 2011, a difference of two sales compared to May 2010.  

In May 2011, the median price of condominiums slid 4.9 percent, or $13,500, compared to May 2010.  Condo sales plunged 83.3 percent in May 2011, a difference of 10 sales.  

There were no multi-family homes sold in Billerica, MA during May of 2010 or May of 2011.
