Needham, MA Single-family Home Prices Down, Sales Up May 2011

Aug. 14, 2011 - PRLog -- The median price of single-family homes in Needham, Massachusetts decreased in May 2011 while sales increased, according to data analyzed by Buyers Brokers Only LLC, an exclusive buyer agent real estate firm.

The median price of single-family homes fell 6.3 percent in May 2011 compared to the previous year, a difference of $45,500.  Single-family home sales in Needham, MA rose 12.1 percent in May 2011, a difference of four sales compared to May 2010.  

Condominium sales were up 600 percent in May 2011, rising from one sale in May 2010 to seven sales in May 2011.

There were no multi-family homes sold in Needham, MA in May 2010 or May 2011.
