June 30, 2011 - PRLog -- Mallorca Climbing Camps have set up itineraries for the climbers so that they can find more time for climbing and at the same time can enjoy the varied culture of the beautiful island. The itineraries are planned day wise and would be executed accordingly. However there may be some changes every now and then in the plan which can be due to the weather and sea conditions. The camps have taken this initiative so that the campers can get more out of climbing.

The camp itineraries will help the climbers to learn all the important skills which will help them to climb safely over the water. It will also allow them time to maintain their body and practice rope climbing skill. The good thing is that among all the climbing and balancing they will also get optimum time to relax. From the first day pick up from Palma to their last day return, the camp will train them accordingly following the itineraries.

The initial days will have a slow start and would involve travel to the Cala Satiny after giving proper rest to the climbers. At Cala Satiny the climbers would have their first go on the rocks of Mallorca. There would be some free falling into the water to test the swimming abilities of the climbers. After the second day, the consequent mornings will be followed with a yoga lesson in order to increase the concentration of the mind and endurance of the body.

As the days pass by the degree of the climbing hardens. The climbers are taken to the other coastal parts of the sea where the rocks give a greater challenge to the climbers. Coach Amos will be accompanying the climbers in all their trips. The camp itineraries will help the climbers to maintain balance between their work outs and relaxation.
