Attorney Lori W. Clifford earns Florida Bar board certification in marital and family law

July 1, 2011 - PRLog -- Attorney Lori W. Clifford of Clifford Family Law has been board certified by The Florida Bar in the area of marital and family law. Board certification is the highest level of evaluation by The Florida Bar of an attorney’s competency and proficiency within a specialty, as well as professionalism and ethics in practice. Only 7% of all eligible attorneys are Florida Bar board certified.  

As a specialist in marital and family law, Ms. Clifford helps couples work toward solutions in separation, property division, spousal support, child custody and support, dissolution, and divorce. Another primary area of her practice is adoption law (family, interstate and foreign) and surrogacy law, working with adoptive and birth parents.

Ms. Clifford earned her J.D. degree from the New England School of Law in 1984, where she was a member of Law Review from 1982 to 1984. She was first admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1985 and then to The Florida Bar in 1993 and is a member in good standing with both. She is a member of the Lee County Bar Association and serves as an Attorney Ad Litem for dependent children.
