First benchmarking report for Managed Print Services is now available

July 7, 2011 - PRLog -- The concept of Managed Print Services is rapidly being adopted due to increasing evidence of cost savings, efficiency, and productivity benefits. However, these benefits are not being echoed by all users of the service, and there are conflicting opinions on what factors a Managed Print Service should include.

This study contains a benchmarking report to gauge the level of satisfaction and the challenges experienced with document infrastructure and Managed Print Services in the United Kingdom. It also contains an analysis of the relationship between challenges currently faced by MPS users and the range of services provided within their MPS contract.
