Carlisle, Massachusetts Single-family Median Home Prices Down, Single-family Sales Rise May 2011

Aug. 16, 2011 - PRLog -- The median price of a single-family home in Carlisle, Massachusetts declined in May 2011, but sales increased, according to data analyzed by Buyers Brokers Only LLC, an exclusive buyer agent real estate firm.

The data were compiled using MLS Property Information Network, Inc, a local multiple listing service.

The median price of single-family homes fell 11 percent in May 2011 compared to the previous year, a difference of $80,000.  Single-family home sales in Carlisle, MA rose 40 percent in May 2011, a difference of two sales compared to May 2010.  

There were no condominiums or multi-family homes sold in Carlisle, MA in May 2010 or May 2011.
