Cutting Fluids and Spindle Oils from Motorex Oil of Switzerland now in India

SPINDLE LUBE HYPERCLEAN

SPINDLE LUBE are ultra-fine filtered HLP-D hydraulic oils (DIN 51 524/T2). The purity class is specified as 15/13/10 in accordance with the ISO standard. They are characterised by excellent detergent and dispersing properties.

COOLANT-F

COOLANT-F is a fully synthetic watermiscible corrosion-protection concentrate for spindle cooling systems. Its ingredients render the various materials passive and protect them against corrosion over the long term. COOLANT-F does not contain any glycols, as a result of which it does not attack galvanized parts.

Maintenance
Replace COOLANT-F annually: Add 3 % MOTOREX SWISSCARE SC to the cooling circuit. Drain the cooling system and flush with water after 24 hours. Then fill with freshly prepared coolant 5.0 ± 0.5 %.

Reference
COOLANT-F concentrate should be absolutely used within a yearly after the date of racking. The length of application of the ready for use amounts to maximally one year. We do not know what different materials are used in the cooling circuit. We cannot accept liability for any changes that may occur to the surface. The manufacturer of the system will be familiar with COOLANT-F and can advise you on whether it is approved for use.

MOTOREX COOL X  is a ready to use coolant with corrosion protection for high speed spindles. The substances it contains passivate the various materials and provide long term protection against corrosion.

SWISSCUT ORTHO S fluids are multi-purpose oils based on low-aromatic mineral oils. They contain active substances to combat ageing and corrosion as well as EP additives. This improves mechanical loadability and seperation performance during cutting operations. The SWISSCUT ORTHO S series of cutting oils is light, low-evaporation oils with a mild odour. Even under unfavourable working conditions, they tend neither to foam nor to form an excessive amount of oil spray. Oils in the SWISSCUT ORTHO S range are free of chlorine and heavy metals.
