Follow on Google News | ![]() Haverhill, Massachusetts Median Home Prices, Home Sales Down First Half 2011Haverhill, MA single-family and condo home prices and sales decreased in the first six months of 2011 compared to the first six months of 2010, according to data analyzed by Buyers Brokers Only, LLC.

The median price of single-family homes declined 8.9 percent in the first half of 2011 compared to the previous year, a difference of $22,800. Single- From January through June 2011, the median condo price decreased 11.3 percent, or $18,300 compared to the first half of 2010. Condominium sales fell 37.1 percent, a difference of 46 sales during the same time period. The median price of multi-family homes rose 10.7 percent in the first half of 2011 compared to the previous year, a difference of $15,000. Sales of multi-family homes fell 60.9 percent in the first six months of 2011, a difference of 42 sales compared to the six-month period in 2010.
