Jill Merriam, owner of Key Hyundai of Manchester, is in the midst of a $2.5 million demolition and complete on-site rebuild of her Hartford, Connecticut area car dealership. The 1950s facility was completely torn to the ground, but not before removing every bit of recyclable materials. Now the construction crews are cleaning up every inch of contaminated soil, correcting the errors of yesterday, and providing a safe, clean, environmentally sound place to do business – right here in central Connecticut.
